Q .How can I Order  groceries on Grosa Marketplace?

  1. Simply go to www.grosa.co.uk and enter your postcode, find and visit your store, select and add your items to basket, and checkout. Simple. See the easy steps below.


Q.    What happens if I can’t find stores within my post code? 

A.      If you can’t find a store near you, you can try searching for another “known” post code or search the post code of the merchant you wish to order from, you will then be asked to visit the store to order. Please, remember that, this action may indicate you are outside your post code and the merchant may apply charge for delivery for such long distance. For example, a customer in Liverpool can still use our platform to order from a merchant in London{ Ades Stores} which is outside the 10 Miles radius, however, the customer needs to type {Ades Stores} Post Code to see Ades Stores. Please, read, delivery terms and conditions on merchants’ dashboard before proceeding to check out. By Merchants, we mean ‘Sellers’ on our platform.


Q. Do I have to register before shopping on Grosa?

A.  Yes. Every customer has to register on our platform in order to enjoy the full experience offered by grosa. Registration takes few seconds and your details are safe and secure.


Q. Is it a must for me to sign for my order?

A. All orders must be signed for. If nobody is in when first delivery is attempted, the delivery driver will where possible, shall leave a card and ask you to contact your merchant to re-arrange delivery. If no contact is made after 2 days, and if you wish to arrange for a redelivery, a further charge may apply.   In this case, if your order contains perishable items, the merchant and Grosa Marketplace shall not be responsible for them. Therefore, endeavour to make yourself available or ask someone to receive your order on your behalf.{ See terms and conditions}


Q. How much will it cost for the delivery of my order?

A. Most Grosa Merchants offer FREE delivery service on certain order thresholds while some charge if your order is less than the threshold set. However, most of our merchants offer FREE delivery nationwide.


Q. Will I still be charged for Click And Collect orders?

A. No. you won’t be charged on click and collect if you are collecting in store. Please, remember to arrive with your order number or tracking code. Merchants may not release your order if you or anyone sent to receive the order can’t provide an acceptable evidence to proof the ownership of the order.


Q. How do I collect my loyalty rewards.? Is it each time I order on grosa I collect loyalty rewards.?

A. Our rewards system is very robust. Whilst you don’t receive rewards each time you order, however, they do count towards your monthly rewards collection. You build points as you use our platform, and they accumulate for you to get rewarded. Q. How Can I find out merchants’ post codes areas if i can’t find local stores within 10 miles radius near me.

Please, see the list of post codes areas where are our accredited merchants are currently trading. Type any of these post codes or any post code near them into our post code box on our landing page and the nearest store will pop up. They can always deliver to you nationwide.
